FATHERS GROUND
The Fathers Ground is an organisation that began about 18 years ago by a group of enthusiastic White River Primary School fathers.
THE ORIGIN OF FATHERS GROUND
The Fathers Ground is an organisation that began in 2006 by a group of enthusiastic White River Primary fathers. The aim of Fathers Ground
The aim of the Fathers Ground is primarily to create an opportunity for fathers and their children (sons or daughters) to spend time together. Activities like Father-and-child weekend, fishing competitions, etc. are arranged. Various fundraising activities are also taken aboard such as sales at sporting events, a Golf Day, 4 X 4 excursions and many others. These funds are used to upgrade school facilities to enable our children to realise their full potential.
FATHERS GROUND MEETINGS
We hold monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of the month or on the first Tuesday after school begins. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Fathers Ground and hope that you will become part of a wonderful, positive and hardworking team of fathers.
